Air is charged on chargeable weight: the higher of actual weight and volume (length x width x height in cm divided by 6000) per box, minimum 20 kg per booking. Minimum RM 900 per booking.
Delivery in India
Added per box by the zone of your pincode. Out of delivery area pincodes carry one surcharge per booking. Check your pincode in the estimate.

How payment works
- 20% of the estimate confirms your booking. Pay by DuitNow QR in Malaysia or UPI from India.
- On packing day we weigh every box in front of you. That sets the final price.
- The balance is due after packing and weighing, before the boxes leave Malaysia.
- Inside a batch window you get the batch price. Outside a window we offer air now, or free storage for 14 days until the next window and then a small weekly charge.
- Prices are in ringgit. The rupee figure is indicative, at the rate shown on the page.
Duty and taxes
Indian customs duty and GST on dutiable items are not included and are paid by the receiver if charged. Used personal effects (clothes, books, bedding, your laptop in use) are cleared duty free under India's Baggage Rules, 2026. New items and some electronics can attract 35% duty. We declare honestly and never promise a customs outcome.
Optional extras
Transit protection (optional): 3% of declared value, minimum RM 30. Covers loss and damage up to the declared value. Electronics, glass and ceramics are covered only when packed by our team in their original or a padded box.
Storage in Melaka until your batch ships: Free for 14 days after packing. After that, per box per week until the batch sails. RM 10 per box per week.
